• Hope you all received the time table and portion list of Term 1 examination and are getting prepared for the same thoroughly.
• I wish you all, all the best for the exams. Prepare well and attend all the exams by following all the instructions and adhering to them accordingly.
• Attendance is compulsory. All must attend without fail.
• Exams will be conducted in what’s app.
• Question paper will be sent in the group. Children must answer it in answer sheets and send the scanned copies of the same by converting them to PDF format.
• Children must get ready to attend the exam with all the necessary things – pencil, pen, eraser, sharpener etc before ten minutes of commencing the exam.
• Parents are requested to guide and monitor the children by sitting next to them throughout the session.
• First ten minutes, after receiving the Question paper, all must read the paper completely and clarify the doubts raised with the subject teacher.
• All must complete all the class works before 10-11-2020, and get it checked by the respective subject teacher. Late joined children, get a photocopy from any of your friends.
• Be cautious about the net speed and maintain it till you send the PDF to your subject teacher.
• Answer scripts’ PDF must reach the subject teacher in time. Only 5 minutes of delay will be accepted. Late submission will not be evaluated.
